Hey guys, I just had some more soda machines follow me home today. Can you help me identify this one.
I bought it for the coin changer mostly, but it is old and pretty cool!
I haven't seen this model in the model lists.
Looks like a Vendorlator Model 10
Serial number is A . 1933 . 10. 1461

Wow! way cool! were'd you find it? the changer's a nice bonus too! looks pretty complete! 
You can see it's 'kissin cousin in Steve Ebner's book, "Vintage Coca-Cola Machines. volume II..page #80, the machine to the right...it's a little bit different in regards to the coin/bezel entry, but dang it's cool! Sweet!

sort of looks like a Vendorlator 242. You can see it in the soda machines section of this site....very cool machine but weird place to bolt onthe coin change...no respect for Coca Cola!

I found it off craigslist. Generic add, no pictures.
It came out of a movie theatre in a rural eastern Washington town. Then it sat in a barn for 10 years. It looks to be mostly complete, and the wood is is in very solid shape.
What do I do with it now?  '>

I agree with Vendobaldtops, it's some version of the 242, perhaps an earlier model than what show in Jeff Walters 3rd edition page #143.
First thing I'd do is remove the changer from the face of the machine & access the damage caused by screwing it to the front of the door, it's (the Changer) is a very desirable option & will go for some decend "Change" (bad pun)  on Ebay (should you desire to sell it) besides that it messes up the looks of the front of the machine.
The Coke machine itself though seldom seen, wouldn't be very popular with the general public (again if you're going to sell it) as it's a large heavy bugger, but I bet theres a Coke collector somewhere who'd love to have it!
So are you keeping it? or thinking of selling?

I'm keeping the changer cuz thats what really caught my eye in all the stuff.
The machine I don't know. I guess the first step is clean it up and see if it totally speaks to me.
I am not opposed to selling it at this point.

$200 and they drove 1/2 way to meet me.
Saved me 1 1/2 hour drive each way.
And there were a couple of other pieces that I'll post some pics of. A vendo 83 body and a Vendo 59 top.
