Hello Julian59,
Two of my buddies collected mexican coolers. Scott Burud at one time was known to have the largest collection of picnic coolers in the world. He sold most of them to another collector for some serious cash. Ruben Lopez still has some mexican coolers. Both of these guys are here in central California.

I know Ruben Lopez, good friend, I've sold him some stuff. Stoped by here on his way back to Ca. Took him to Juaraz and he picked up a Mexican Coka Cola countertop. We had a great time.

Ruben told me about a guy he knows in Tx. that took him to mexico. He brought me back a V39 on that same trip from the Canton swap meet. Small world Huh!!!!

Scott traded his picnic cooler collection to Mike Lady for an antique Woody automobile, is what I heard. I have pictures of these coolers.
Terry, did Rueben Lopez own a Victor Kooler grill at one time?

Scott ended up with a custom built pro-street rod and some cash$$. I was just visiting with Scott last week, he opened an antique store and he is restoring a 30's camp trailer. Ruben has a three door embossed victor but no grill unless he's picked it up resently.  '>
