Great Choice of music though!! "Wizards of Winter" by Trans-Siberian Orchestra if memory serves. From their third album "Lost Christmas Eve". I wouldn't mind being this guy's neighbor, I love TSO!!

TSO, good guess. But I believe the tune is "A Mad Russian's Christmas". I really enjoy Christmas Decorations. Used to be the guy that put out a few thousand lights. With some luck maybe again someday.
