Well here is this years crop. 93 lbs. on the big one, it grew +/- 3/4 a pound a day. Was going to put it on top of the 56 for fun, but couldn't lift it that high :-)

Looks like you did better than me. Last year I had no female flowers between 4 plants.
This year I have one (pictured) and I just got another one a week ago. This is supposed to be a normal sized jack-o-lantern pumpkin, not a mini pumplkin!

Fickel buisness pumpkins. These didn't get enough water, no Miracle Gro. It was much hotter/longer than normal this year. The roots only went down a foot. Tomatos went nuts as well.
Slugs/birds got the strawberrys, corn died and the brussle sprouts are iffy at best. It's fun but I don't think I'll be self feed anytime soon, can't find frozen pizza seeds :-)

I heard an interesting story on a Chicago radio station yesterday. Illinois produces 95% of the pumpkins used in cooking/canning. Due to the dry/hot weather, the pumpkins will be smaller, which means less water so the concentration of sugar will be higher. This means the canned stuff for pies that is produced this year will produce much sweeter pies. But I don't like pumpkin pie

Pumpkin pie isn't my fav as well. Have tried roasting the seeds and that wasn't very tasty (IMO). Fun to watch them grow and ponder how it will be carved for Halloween.
