I have looked at the feet of the model 300/175-5 and was wondering if I could change the screw feet over to wheels for easier movement into it's place. What wheels casters can support a 500lbs machine?

You can contact some of the
Parts Suppliers
listed at SMC.
You could also browse the Grainger Catalog...
I'm not sure what thread size the newer machines have... The older machines have 3/8" X 16 thread size.
Additionally, you probably can get away with a caster that can support 100 - 125 lbs. (100 X 4 = 400 lbs.)
