Code Sample

Hi Everyone.
I'm a new member with a problem with my Choice Vend cvc 374. After not using the machine for several days when I put a coin in the machine the augers will turn but will not dispense. When I put another coin in usually then it will vend. This will happen on all selections. Any ideas of what it could be ?

Thanks
Gary

P.S I'm including pictures of this machine and a cvc 168 I recently repainted.

Welcome to SMC Skippers Little Buddy!

Sounds to me like your machine is mechanically working fine, I think you need to open up your machine and "manually" advance each auger using the small switch on each vend motor. This will "prime" each stack so that when you drop a quarter in, it will vend correctly not just advance it.

I witnessed this very same problem on a similar model Choice Vend. Good luck and let us know if this fixes your problem.

it never ceases to amaze me on the level of detailed knowledge people on these boards have on so many different machines.  Wow.

I have to do that occasionally with my cv 168, the kids just open the door and take their selections.
