Could someone tell me if the housing for the vend door opening and the trim for control panel assembly are supposed to be chrome on a 1961,V63-Coke.Thanks!

I'm not exactly sure what parts you're referring to so I'll take an educated guess...

If you are talking about the area around the bottle door, this should be painted white depending on the V-63 version.

trim for control panel assembly
If you are referring to the metal trim where you insert the coins, the coin entry bezel, this is chrome except for later model 63's, it is black.
