Hi Chaps
I have a friend here in UK who took delivery of a Vendo 39 at the weekend. He swapped it for a few wallboxes and a Mills Bandit.
The decals on the side of the machine have been removed sometime ago but the glue residue has been left and he is having real difficulty removing it without damaging the paint work underneath.
Does anyone have any suggestions.
Thanks
Dave

I have had good luck with a product called "goo gone". There is a another more potent one that slips my mind right now. I will look when I get home.
Jeff
P.S. are you still coming over to the U.S. this month?

Dave, Goo-gone is a citrus based cleaner... Have never had any problems with it damaging any finish. Goof-off is a spirits based cleaner that can take paint off with repeated or aggressive applications.

I used simple green on the pepsi 63 that we just cleaned up. It had some old decals on the sides and simple green worked great.

Ditto on the SIMPLE GREEN. I don't know what I'd do without the stuff.

I use OOPS. It will even remove permanent marker if somebody was too cheap to buy new price decals. I have ran into that several times
