Hello Everyone  '<img'>

Well my friends in the machine shop Made me 8 allmost exact copy's (90 percent ) of the early tap handels for a Galaxie Dispencer . All I have to do is buff them (or crome)& paint .I had them ingrave the lettering on 4 of them I like them the best . The other ones i'll keep for spares and get stickers made like orginals were. Remember back on July 8 th post I asked if there was any Interest .I think they did an OUTSTANDING job  '<img'> With-Out a casting It took a little time because they had to squese them in between paying Customers .But worth the wait !!!

 I'll show pictures in 3 post .

Man, those look awesome. Did your buddy use a standard CNC, water jet or a regular old milling machine? That's a great hook-up you have!

Hello,Everyone ':drinkers:'

Thank's for the response's '<img'> Yea the machine shop guy's In my shop are COOL!!! ''
These were made without a sand casting. So a LOT of thie flying under the radar from the big boss.(Real cost would have been $35 .00 each But Mine are FREE Yea !!!.I only had 8 made because of the little Instrest in producing them .Cost just to have a sand casting made (My out of pocket)$200.00 + Piece Price. And these turned out Much Nicer & got them ingraved '<img'>

VMC117BMB=Brain these were first set-up in a Brigeport & edge squarrd .Then turned-up on there side & Drilled & Taped The shaft holes .Then put on the Fadal CNC Machining Center
cut out & ingraved .

Then shaft was turned down on a manual lathe with a 4 jawed chuck at 7 1/2 degree angle.

Then I used a de-burring wheel to blend the shaft in to the main body  ':p'
