That Petrol Station is fantastic. I also think your teardrop trailer will turn heads.
I know of a couple of people over here that have bought redundant railway stations and converted them into homes. They have then bought old railway carriages restored them and run B & B with guests staying in the pulman carriages.
The old Red London Double Decker buses have been converted into all manner of things. At the moment its possible to pick them up for very reasonable money. If I had somewhere to store one I tihnk they'd make a sound investment. With legislation the way it is the old buses are being taken out of service to allow for newer "bendy buses" that are lower to the floor and give wheel chair access.
Anyone fancy a London Bus???

I would love one, but I think my hubby would divorce me asap.
Plus I'm looking into proprerty for my home based business since it's out grown my ebay office. I've always wanted a caboose. There's a guy in Texas that has a train dining car it's awsome!!!

The station took less than a year to complete. It is a replica of an old station located here in a California muesem. He has been collecting petroliana (gas station) for several years. And no you cannot stand up in the teardrop trailer unless your under about 4' tall.

There was a guy here in town that had a trailer like yours for sale.... I may need to drive by and see if it's stil there... It was parked beside their shed in the back yard. It had curtains in the window.... may have been set up for a guest house.....

My neighbor had one several years ago that he fixed up amd sold.
Tiny thing. Atleast he made it look good. There for awhile I had doubts he'd finish with his health so bad.

I plan on restoring mine and building a couple extra trailers to sell. I will use mine for the patterns. I have seen these sell for up to 12K.

Great trailer Terry!! What would be ballpark for you to build a shell? I would do the interior myself.
Really nice job on the filling station. Put a coke machine out front and it is complete :-) Creighton
