Terry.... lets see some images of your friends “station” ... sounds cool!
I have 3 bennett pumps but they will probably stay indoors.... But would love to have a
shop designed to look like a station with all my soda machines inside and
someday...SOMEDAY own another 1950 Studebaker starlight Coupe!!!!
And park it by the pumps.......

I have a lot of older soda advertising. Mostly Coke, but not all. Some of my pictures are in the Photo Album section.

I've always wanted an old train caboose to refurbished. But it's way out of my price range.

I also love old Victorian houses and the Victorian architecture.

I also had a collection of vintage toasters that went along top of our kitchen cabinets
but when we moved they went on eBay.... a T9 toaster is the classic.
Have a few ads/brochure of the 1948 Tucker Auto.
Also have several 1940s Missouri license plates. Good wall filler around machines and pumps.

Jasmine

you would love my mum & dad's house its Victorian with the original bell pushes where the maid would come running.

Housing stock in London is made up of predominantly Victorian, and post war Local Authority stock. My particular favourite style is Georgian Town Houses but they are way out of my price range. Until I moved into my three year old house I used to live in a Converted Victorian Chapel with stain glassed windows dating back to 1700's.  Had a plaque out the front where the first stone was laid in 1857.

The vendo 39 looked the "biz" on the eves overlooking the livingroom.

The kids came along and practicalities took over.

Dave,

I took a tour back in San Francisco years ago. Fell in love with many Victorians there.

I have yet to find one that I can afford to turn into a B&B.
Came close 3 years ago until the seller found out my plans and upped the price another $100,000.00
Needless to say it's still for sale. I drive by it often, it's a sad sight, college students rented it for a year,
no telling what it's like on the inside now.
