Well I am packed up and ready to move. I ended up keeping the Jacobs 26 and I decided I am going to keep the 7up selectivend for a while. I am going to store them at my Mom's new house untill I get settled somewhere. I never would have thought I could have sold all of those machines in that amount of time and still make a profit on most of them. I am leaving in the morning and I will post to let everyone know when I get there. Josh Loman

Well I am here. It only took 14 hours total to get here. Home is now back in the heart of daytona Beach. This is the worst town in Florida, but I am so happy to be back with my sweetheart. She is the best. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for helping me through this. Who could have ever thought I could sell 10 machines in a week and have them all gone in three. Wow that must be a record.

I might wait untill we figure out where we are going first before I buy more. I don't want to do this again. After all we could be moving in a month or two. Just in case I have already spoke to my old painter and storage owner. I am all set up if need be.

Well I did get a call on my way down about a guy with a Jacobs 50 in NJ. If it would have been on the way I probably would have picked it up.

Glad to hear you made it. Wish ya lots of happiness.
I've been to Daytona, didnt care for it much. Went on a lark many years ago, took a wrog turn and ended up waiting on what seemed like hours for a procession of bikers to pass before we could get turned around. As I remember, I dont think they even reguarded the red lights.

Josh, you must be getting settled in, huh? I saw you updated your SMC "Machines Wanted" ad.

Well you never know. I am already wanting a project. For now I have a topper gumball machine and an old parking meter to work on. For right now I am mostly looking for parts machines to sell off. I had alot of luck with that here last time. With all of the salt here most machines are beyond repair and I can generally buy them for next to nothing when they look really bad but most of the time the insides are still good and people always need parts.
