Don't feel too bad. A few years ago, I'd stripped a bunch of wiring from a older machine, lobbed them to the side, and forgot them. My kids decided it'd be a nice fathers day activity to throw out all the junk on my garage floor. I discovered the error the morning of the trash pickup, only to spend about 30 minutes before racing to work dumping out and sorting trash in the driveway. Things happen. Betcha someone will have a picture of this machine assembled.

If this helps all of the cavalier racks are the same so if you can find someone with a cavalier slantshelf that will take a pic for you you will see where it all goes. Again even the square top racks are the same mechanics.

I am in the middle of tearing apart a USS 64 and have taken alot of pictures. I am not sure if I know what you are talking about, but if you will send me a pic of the area you need to know about I will go through my pics and send you one of it all hooked up.

No the USS model is alot different. Only the CS and CSS series machines are the same. Do you need any shelves for your USS 64? I have a bunch of them as well as cap catchers and coin boxes.

Howdy,
Don't know if this will help or not but I stuck my head into my CS-72 and removed the cover plate to snap a couple of pics. My digital camera didn't like being stuffed into the machine to get the back side of the solenoid assembly so it's a bit blurry and off center due to my innablility to get my head past the evaporator to see what I was doing. Hope these help. If not let me know and I can see what more I can do.

AJ. we can't work on our machines like that either. Here's what to do ! Unplug the machine, remove the beer, the shelves , stainless steel wire / line cover. Then remove the two bolts at the top of the bottle stack, and the whole unit will come forward so you can see clearly how it was assembled

Hey Glen. True, it's easy enough to remove the bottle rack but it's just a huge hassle to remove all those bottles of beer and the shelves, snap one pic then put it all back together again with the shelves in the right slots. Those two pics represent what I could do easily in a couple of minutes without major dissasembly. If the original poster (kstt) on this thread needs a better pic I'll do it. I know, call me lazy but I've currently got two jukeboxes in pieces all over the living room and the last thing I need to do is add more parts to my floor. Happy to help kstt, just ask for more pics and I'll start dissasembly.

Thanks for all the quick replies, folks. Now that I've torn the whole machine down to refinish, I think I'll not worry too much untill I'm ready to re-assemble. Who knows, maybe I'll even figger it out by then!
