Could you upload a good picture for us to see to better assist you with a value...?

I'm not the most knowledgable person when it comes to later models, but I would say...  This could get me into trouble since you just purchased this machine!  A value around $175 - $300.  The good thing is that it looks like everything is there...

As for the tray w/ holders, this is a water condensate. The stainless steel holders are for wafers that would soak up the water and then efficiently evaporate the water as air circulated through the compartment.

My recommendation is to locate a service manual for your model in case something breaks; you could then fix it...

Thanks for the help. I thought that tray was for some kind of evaoration , but who ever worked on this machine last did not route the hose into it! As for getting into trouble wuith the price, not a worry. I paid 200 dollars for the machine, three cases of 10 oz coke bottles and three wooden coke crates/trays. I already have a buyer for the bottles and trays, so it makes the machine  cost about 75 bucks for me. Who would have thought the wooden trays would be worth so much?
