I have a Canada dry dr pepper unit bottles on the side MFG BY S-V CO Model 3A The unit goes on and the machine gets cold for a few minutes and you hear a clicking noise back and forth then eventually gets hot. Does anyone no whats going on with it. Do you think it could be the thermostat if thats it where can I get one.

I've got the big brother to your machine, (An S-V co. model 4a Dr Pepper) and sounds to me your low on your freon charge, and it's causing the over temp/current breaker to trip (click) on & off as the compressor stuggles to keep itself and the cabinet cold, best have the pressure checked before you fry the windings '<img'> also make sure the condensor fans still running, that'll overheat the compressor too. let us know how it goes!...JohnieG
