Hi,

A coworker's father-in-law has, I believe, a Westinghouse Master water cooled cooler.  I saw it once about 4 years ago.  The problem is this guy is a pack rat's pack rat, is not knowledgeable at all, and will not give up anything.  He's got a fortune in antique cars just rusting away on his property (and I mean a fotune -- must be nearly 100 from the 40's thru the 70's).  Anyway, I spoke with him about the cooler when I saw it and, of course, he thinks he can retire on it.

I don't have pictures, but the machine is complete.  The tank looked good and there was some surface rust in the compressor area.  I would bet my paycheck it doesn't work, as he got it from some one's garage where it was sitting.

I think it's worth no more than $100.  This guy will never do a thing with it, letting it rot in his garage until he dies or some one gives him the "$2500 like they're gittin' for 'em on eBay" (which isn't true, as we all know).  I am recently trying, once again, to pry it out of him.  I am way off on my price thought?  I haven't offered him a thing, yet.

Thanks.
