Bought this single head Hamilton Beach malt mixer, a model 18 from mid/late 1920s, at an Antique show,
the dealer has a website and FB page The "Malt Mixer Man"... does an amazing job on these he even has access
to having these re-porcelain.. not paint touch up or powder coat... real porcelain.... this one is original finish
You have questions about a mixer or need parts... he is "The Man".

Found the four 40-50s glasses at a flea market... hard style to find... $4 for 4 so why not?
the small sundae dish I found at another flea market only one I've seen in the wild... a hard pattern to find and the
bottles at a swap meet for $5 some pretty clean ones so they came home with me too.

I've bought 2 Hamilton Beach Mixers in the past year.  Those things were built to last.  Replace the cord and they are typically good to go.  Got one for $5 at a Re-sell-it shop and one for $25 on Facebook Marketplace.  The kids use them to make milkshakes all the time.  Cool looking countertop item with functional purpose as well.

Just bought this... Was told it doesn't run but has an added home made, frayed, 6 foot cord so gonna replace and see if
it'll work... pretty clean a few very small chips on the sides on the porcelain but displays nice and the price was right.
came with 3 cups and a cover.

If they say it doesn't work that may just mean the center mixer since it typically got the most use.  If none of them work then its almost for sure something with the power cord as since each individual head has its own individual motor.  If you got a good deal because they said it didn't work, then I bet you find an easy fix and a nice machine as a result
