Came across this and $700 seemed pretty high given condition. Am I wrong? If so, what would be the value given current condition?

20 years ago maybe, but the re-pop version killed the market on the Jr's.

Agreed and that Jr is beat up in the wrong places!  Major dents are problematic when embossed lettering is involved...

700 is way high from what I can see.  It looks like it has the original cap catcher....those are always missing.
