Louvers repair on 81

Several louvers are bent and one is broken on one side. Can they be repaired and tack welded? What process(s) can be used?

You'll have to talk to a good body guy who is willing to try to fix them.. they are a pain, and not all will attempt them.
some have bought scrap machines and welded in whole new panels..

Sometimes they are cut out and replacements ones are welded in.  They make the same louvred panels for HVAC returns you can them at any major box store .
