What is it made of... looks like some type of resin... If it's a form of paper mache or a plaster I would say it's older...
if a plastic resin/fiberglass I would say newer. Can you contact the company I'm sure they can tell you
if it's old... It, to me, doesn't have that 20s-30s look.

Found one that sold for $2750;
Large Painted Fiberglass Cigar Store "Punch" Figure on Punch embossed base
w/ wheels, Has Punch cigar & "Punch - True To Its Name" tray, Bright colors, Excellent condition - 62"h
being painted fiberglass I would say much newer than the 30s... still cool piece.

I'd say 60's maybe 70's
They still sell a Punch cigars. One of our suppliers just sent us a Punch bobblehead.
Yours is a cool display and has quite a bit of appeal.

Not sure of construction material, appears to be a plaster of some sort, not fiberglass. Not bad for $60.00  |
