Large Painted Fiberglass Cigar Store "Punch" Figure on Punch embossed base w/ wheels, Has Punch cigar & "Punch - True To Its Name" tray, Bright colors, Excellent condition - 62"h being painted fiberglass I would say much newer than the 30s... still cool piece.
