Differences between Westinghouse Jr's

As per my previous post, are there differences between the refrigerated version and the non refrigerated versions? Besides the obvious stuff of refrigeration lines and side grilles. Seems the DRINK is lower and the hinges on lid are different. Or is it just based on production years?
