1) I think Josh (Loman) mentioned the craftsman.
2) what??? No comments on a coke case on the top from 'Kito?? '>
3) Eric, is that a Bennett gas pump peeking from behind the 56? It looks like a 766.

I don't know.... can't remember... Menenite or Amish..... All I remember was he did a killer job fabricating a bottom for a machine... a perfect fit and if this one needs one I'd like to see if he'd make one for mine.
Anyone remember?.......

Since we briefly mentioned gas pumps, I wanted to show my Wayne 866 that I removed for a nominal fee from it's original location in PA some years ago... What's amazing is that everything is original with the exception of the Goodyear hose! Neither ad glass is cracked or even faded for that matter, the porcelain doors are in excellent condition and it even has the original Wayne nozzle! I also have an original top that has the correct globe holder so when I find the correct globe someday, I can just swap out the tops for the globe... This brings me to quick story... I guy that was local to me had the correct globe but would never sell it to me; he just kept leading me on and then after retirement from the oil business, up and moved to Kentucky with MY globe! Just in case anyone ever sees one; it has the Ethyl logo in the center with the red text as in the ad glass arched aross the top and bottom of the globe(Atlantic Gasoline)
And Eric, I like those pumps too! Especially the tall 40's version... I've restored several of those as well...

What does a Wayne 60 look like?..... Anyone know or did I dream that up?....

Eric,
The Wayne 60 came after the 866 and it wasn't a clock face pump as is the 866. The 60 is basically the same pump but with the computerized metering. The Wayne 60's are much more readily available compared to the 866 too... I'd also like to note that the 60 came in two versions, a wide 60 and a narrow 60. I've had the opportunity to compare both version side by side so I can't say exactly what the differences may be... I've read that the base, frames and a few other things are slightly different... I also think this is the narrow version; look at the 866 and notice the difference between the window frame and the frame edge. This example actually looks as if the frame is inside whereas the 866, the frame is visible. Here's a pic I found real quick for reference:

Yeah the 60 is what I could have got...... But it was missing one of the sun burst die cut.... not even thinking that they were repro'd this was the main reason I turned it down...... Ughhhhh.... live and learn..... I need to take some images of all my projects and maybe have them done for our August end of the summer finds/show at tell...
'kito this all goes hand in hand.... you're gonna need a pump too! (you can tell your wife they make a great CD holder!)

Markito, I'm not listening either. I've been drooling over pumps for about a year now. Really want one but everything I've turned up has been outta the price range. That's why I have been doing the video game cabinet thing lately. It's much more affordable than most other things.
