Haha! That would be a great accessory to have on the patio for cookouts/get-togethers. Not so much for cooking, but to keep things warm, and what not.
But, being that it's listed in Eugene, Oregon, I don't guess they had much use for it since they only have like what, 4 or 5 sunny days out of the year?

Looks like the stove top is just setting in the slider. If nothing cut up no harm done. I'm sure all is well grounded and wired to code :-)
What is stranger is the elevated "Boat Motor" dispenser with an odd critter getting a Coke???. At least its not a Galaxy.
