Jacobs 26 Handle, does anyone know how to Remove it?

I removed the spanner screw but the darn thing still will not come off???
Gave it a bath in PB blast but still it will not release.
Ideas?

Without pics not sure. In general parts that won't come loose are blocked by extra paint rust and such... and a strong chance of other issues.

OK there is a tool that Funtronics Sells to help remove the crank handle. I'll give you a call later on today about that.

I think there is a set screw in there too somewhere... can't recall exactly
I do remember having trouble removing them too but when finally done it was like
oh that was easy..

You have to remove the set screw on the bottom of the handle, then with a spanner wrench, remove the nut on the front. Then it just pulls off by pulling straight ahead. If not, you will need penetrating oil shot in behind the spanner nut and probably heat, since the handle is pretty tight on the shaft to begin with. Rust is the only thing holding it on. Good luck!

Here is a picture of the handle that just refuses to come off. As yo can see I have removed the spanner screw and set screw from the bottom.
