So, at an auction today a Cavalier CSS-96 wood grain with cracked glass, not in great condition sold for $675.00. I went thinking I might get it cheap and resell it. I was just kind of shocked. I've seen the same machine on CL for 250 - 400. I came away with 3 old wall phones, so it was all good.

Two bidders. The machine did cool and vend but I thought it was way to much for larger woodgrain machine.

Geez, that is a high price for that machine.  Was there a buyers fee on top of that as well?

That is the key. happydrinkers  Get it working before you try and sell it!

The woodgrain and large coin bezel are too modern looking and a negative for that machine, but many square corner machines are becoming a lot more attractive as round corner multi-vend machines go up in price.

Here is the 64   80  and  96. They just may be our only Cavalier choices in the near future  help

Buyer's fee was only 3% and there was a 3% discount for cash so BF not a factor.

Last summer/fall I got a couple of really good deals on a Cavalier 64 and Vendo 63. Lately a good price on CL has been $350 -$450 for either of those that cool.  Last week CL had a Cav 64 with a "relay" problem for 250, I replied with a question and the guy said it was already sold (5 hours after his post).  So, at this point I'm plan on grabbing those when I can. Most round tops are above my budget and the Vendo and Cav are cool looking, even if they are square corners.
