Very Heavy, US Stamp Machine, Stands about 5 ft tall, Lots of cast iron, Light shade over the face. Looks to be complete. I found the owners manual inside. I could find very very little on this machine on the internet. Very uncommon. Found stored in a Semi Trailer where it probably sat for decades. I can get more pics to anyone that is interested.
