DIXIE NARCO 300 CAN VENDER

I have constant current (slight) on the vend relay. Not enough to pull in the contacts, but enough to pull them in with a little help. Is this current normal?
From what I see in the schemos is basic open/closed circuits. Is it possible that I need to be looking at the coin changer/vend unit?
This small current is present with or with out coins. I am just getting into this machine.
