Looks like something from LaCrosse.

If it's vending and cooling... I'm thinking maybe $250 or so, the 3D Pepsi sign is sorta cool.

If it isn't cooling... pass.  I don't see any real collectible value - might be a decent garage machine.

Just my .02, but if you want a 1970's square top - look for a Cavalier USS-64.  Decent size and vends bottles or cans.

Looks like a LaCrosse model IIL-90 or IIL-100,  big machine, maybe $125-$225 IMO...as mentioned, it's a sturdy garage machine, weighs a ton, (about 375lbs) not really a collectors machine even for a square-top.

Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes.
Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon!
The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p

"Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.

No problem - I think I've personally finally moved past the "OMG, I need to save EVERY vending machine!" phase of the hobby.   smile
