I am a Marketing Manager for a publishing company here in Northern California.  I'll post a pic as soon as my wife comes back with the dang camera from visiting her family in Brazil...that gives me about a week to find some more machines...she's been gone a month and I've picked up a couple of square tops.
Last year when she made the yearly visit home, I was able to pick-up a nice original Cavalier 72.  She nearly killed me when she got back..now I am eyeing an unrestored Vendo 81D...if i get it, I know I will be in the dog house..which on further thought is not THAT bad....that's where all of my machines are!
'>  By the way, has anyone tried the Brazilian soft drink Guarana Antartica?  That stuff is good!!!!!  Also comes in glass  bottles down there. |

I am a process control supervisor for the third largest cement producer in the world. My home plant is here locally in central Calfornia. On ocassion, I travel to our other plants around the U.S. and canada to assist on start support teams, pyro-processing and alternative fuel teams. In my spare time I enjoy working in my restoration shop. Will submit a photo later, new @^%$# computer program so I'm still trying to figure it out. Thanks Terry '> |

 Hi Group
Sorry no digital camera, so no picture at the moment.
My name is Dave Bird and I'm 39 years old and live about 40 miles north of London with my wife, Becky,  and two kids. Elliot aged 4 and Jessie 17 mths going on 17yrs.

I am a Police officer and have been for 20yrs. I am currently training new recruits at Hendon Police Accademy.

My real love is the 50's especially Americana. I have 4 jukes and a Vendo 39. Also collect 1950's rock & Roll posters. Also have a Genuine NY Walk-Don't walk sign (don't have them in UK) and a 1960's USPS Post Box. Taken from an Air Base when your boys started clearing out.

 Dave
