It's a Pepsi Multiplex 44, made between '61-'62 and 2200 were produced of both Coke and Pepsi models.  There were some single models made as well and those seem to be pulling in (more) money on Ebay.  With a lid, and in that condition, I would say you might be able to get $150-300 for it, if it was cleaned up some.  Without the lid it's a tough sell, I'd venture a guess that a lot more Coke models were made so finding a stainless lid would be even harder.  Dispensers tend to have a more narrow market, since they aren't coin-op and require a lot more parts/maintenance to make operational.  Pepsi branding makes that market even smaller since it's not as popular in the collectibles market.

I did some searches but couldn't come up with a comparable listing to give you a good estimate in that condition without the lid.
