Well, after asking my 3 nephews all summer to help me move the Victor down to the mancave... Girlfriends always got in the way......
SO, ask 2 married buddies to leave their wives and come over for some beers.... and what do ya know.... the bar and my French Coke sign are now displayed in the cave! lol

If the cooler were literally 1/4 bigger in ANY direction, there would be NO way the cooler would have fit down the stairs.

http://s873.photobucket.com/user/valbono/slideshow/victor%20bar

I built a metal base and had it powder coated to just give the cooler a nice bottom finish, and to raise the Victor up 3" higher to allow for a better height when standing at the "bar"
On the back side of the metal base, I made a "pocket" so that when I stand at the back serving, my feet actually go underneath the base which allows me to get closer to the top, and to not be kicking the base.
Now I have to get the cabinets done, and countertops for the back bar and the Victor itself.

It never ends.

Thanks to Pat Pixley for the restoration of the cooler  happydrinkers

Looks great.  I really like the base.  I have a C-45 that I basically had to hire movers to move it to my basement, but now that it is there I love it!!!

There is something about your machines against the brick that I absolutely love. Looks awesome down there. Victor base was a brilliant idea!

Bar looks great, I'm glad that I didn't have to help lug it down stairs!
