What is a good price for a Pepsi deep freeze machine in fair shape?  Anyone know how many were made? They are interesting looking machines. I don't have a picture but if I buy it I will post a pic on here .

Hey Donnie, in the classic soda machine book it's listed as a 4.5 out of 5 on rarity.  If it has the coin operated top it would make it even more rare.  It does not say how many were made.  See you next weekend probably.

Coinopgullwing has a couple of them. He recently bought one so I'm sure he can give you a good idea what they go for.

Might be a little to late here for input...

Make sure the cap catcher is present, and the louvered bottom half is there.  Commonly they are found in the field removed, I think it came off to service the refrigeration system from which you can see from the back of the machine like most.  Another important piece would be if the plastic "Pepsi" sign is there or at least in good condition!!

Another side note they are insulated with asbestos,  so anyone tearing one part use extreme caution!  The liners our also make I think of copper, and they have one unique cooling system.

I have seen a few within a few hours ALL were priced to high!
