vendo 90 temp control

Every thing seems to be working on the unit. but i cant get it to cool below 40 degree's. Have try every setting on T-stat.
Any ideas ... how to check T-Stat?

       Have you tried re-locating the thermostat sensor tube?

Did you try what I told you in my reply text yet? (basically Jumping out the thermostats wires to see if it will get colder)
