I got the call today that the Glascock Countertop was ready for pick up.  happydrinkers As you can see from the before pictures it was a crispy mess. The guy I bought it from told me the reason the lid was bent so bad was because he found it in a barn and it was being used as a jack to hold up a model T. I wasn't sure how much would be salvageable but figured it was worth a try.

So here is the finished product. The restoration was done by Tracy and Gene West of Classic Collectible in Connecticut. They have worked their magic in bringing this back to its glory days. Thank You!!!  happydrinkers
