Yes there are 3 tabs with holes to mount the sign, one at 12, 4 and 8 o'clock position.
I though maybe it should have the words "trade mark" as well on it, if it was older.
It does not say were it was made on it.
All in all not a bad sign for the garage for $25

I'm guessing they meant Nairobi.
People like to say "if these ~such and such~ could talk". I wonder what even a 25 year old Coca-Cola button from Nairobi, Kenya would have to say.
