I am always amazed how good some parts that you take out of machines still look . The wiring block and tag had been in my v 39 since 1951. Even under the machine in all the water and dust over the years they don't look bad.

That is because it was made with products known to the State of California to cause cancer!

Eh, cancer causing? Wouldn't it be easier to tell people to not tear their machine down and don't eat the parts?
Maybe it's a California thing, the plastic diet.
