Anyone know what Change Giving 9 PIN Coin Acceptor/Mechanism was used ... or could have been used in the early 1960's ( specifically 1961 ) ... that could be set up to accept ... One Dime and 1 Penny ... or 2 Nickels and One Penny - for a Total of 11 Cents

Anyone ever seen one

Thanks

You forget to offer "I'm clueless" as one of your voting choices.

I'd bet that choice would get the most votes!

Westinghouse (select-o-matic series) shows an electric coinmech with a 1-Cent coin-switch.

vend_dr is right, the NRI 5600 series can be set for 6/7 cents or 11/12 cents depending on the slug rejector that is in it.  I didn't know until it was mentioned and checked out the manual for it.

There are a few other parts that are needed besides just a PNDQ rejector. It has it's own dedicated CREM, which is usually not present anymore.
