Does anyone know where I can find an alpha-numeric stamp kit small enough to do a new (blank) I.D. tag for a coke machine? It's funny that all the aftermarket groups sell reproduction blank model/serial number tags but none sell the stamp kits needed to fill data on those tags. '>
Thanks

Thanks | I take mine down to the local trophy shop at my bowling alley, they do the job of engraving the tags quick & cheap!

Spoon-feeding Newbies since 2001... ![Wink](http://soda-machines.com/discussions/Smileys/smc/wink.gif) Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes. Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon! The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor 11 is louder than 10... "Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.

Thanks | Hi, I was told by Funtronics (where I just bought a tag), that I could always bring it to one of those engraving shops or booths at the local mall. Has anyone done that?

Do you want it STAMPED or ENGRAVED? The originals were stamped and the engraving shops, well, they, um, engrave. Yes the engraving stores will engrave just about anything, but it will not look like the original tag.

A set of letter / number punches can be purchased relatively inexpensively and used over and over. However, punching these individual letters in a straight line has always been my biggest challenge.

Would the trophy shop idea mentioned above stamp or engrave?

Trophy shops engrave, so will those shops at the mall Check out tool stores, or a hot rod swap meet, I've seen them offered for sale at those Punch sets run any where from $15 -25.00, depending on the number of character puches
