If anyone is interested, I am putting up  my 1953 We phone booth for sale.  offering to SMC members for $1100.  This includes   a working AE 3 coin rotary payphone,  with an AE 40 handset, cloth wire handset cord, keys, etc.  Arty Deco  Telephone light (not original to the  booth)  and NOS  Public Payphone sign.  Late 1970-80's I was told, aluminum not porcelain, but still the real deal. Original trim pieces, light goes on when door closes. Fan works, but inside unit is not original.
I am in the northern 'burbs of Detroit, on the way to the Chicago show.  Not out to get rich, just to pay some bills. Please feel free to contact me off line for more information if you are interested

Jeeze, if you were anywhere near my neck of the woods I'd snap it up.
 Beautiful example.
