Before everyone laughs me out of the room, I purchased (for a little bit of nothing) a jacobs 35 machine painted with working compressor.  However, there was no drum or coin door.  Does anyone know if it is possible to retrofit a 26 drum mechanism in a 35?  More and or less if you could take a 26 parts machine and make a functioning machine.

I saw that, I have had trouble contacting him.  Also he is still missing the coin door.

I'm fairly sure 26 parts won't work. Seems how both the drum and coin door with both be hard and expensive to find, it might be easier and cheaper to find a rusted out beat up 35 and use it just for parts. Do you have the coin mech for your 35? If no then for sure I would get a 35 junker.

I do know that the coin mech is interchangeable between the two machines.  So I was wondering if the coin door would also be interchangeable.
