I'm trying to locate a decal for the "wide-glass" vend door on a later Cavalier USS-64. I don't have a machine yet, but I'm thinking if I get one I may need a new decal for the door at some point. I've found one on eBay, seller claims it's from the late 70's. Is this the right one?

(Water slide decal, type J-70)

I don't know if I've seen a bottle door with the dynamic wave on it, but if the rest of the logo is proportionally correct, I could cut the wave off.

Length 13". Width approx. 5". No wave.  Let me know if you need more info.

The seller says the decal is 5 1/2" x 13 1/2". Since that likely includes the wave, I'd bet the lettering is gonna be too small. Other than the size and wave this decal looks right to me down

Thank you davestar. Is yours USS a 64, or 96?

Does anybody know where I might could get the right one?

I couldn't find it listed on their website. Do they have more stuff than what the site shows?

Would you mine posting a picture of the whole machine? It looks like you have one of the last variants Cavalier made. I prefer that look myself.

That's a nice looking machine. For awhile, I was puzzled when I'd see some later USS's with black edges, and some with red. The I realize the ones with red edges did not have the black trim around the door. I don't really see that trim as necessary, yours look good without it.

I struck out with Fun-Tronics on the decal. I was told that they had never reproduced it. I don't actually need it yet, but it occurs to me that it could be a problem for machines featuring that decal as the years go by. It was starting to peel off the last machine I saw in person.
