I have a tall boy coin box on a machine that I am trying to salvage. How does the coin box disassemble from the machine? I had to drill out the coin box lock, and removed whats left of the removable drawer, (rusted), then removed the coin face plate, the 2 small screws on the coin bezel, and drilled out the 2 large blind rivets on the side of the top bezel. How does the chrome top come off?

Behind the coin drawer there are 2 screws.  Remove them and the cover lifts straight up and off.

The chrome top is held on by a few screws on the under side .

OK, got it off. Coin drawer is junk, bottom has some rot. Coin mech itself looks good with partial paper label still inside. Not worth the time I already have into it.  censored

A new coin box is available from Fun-Tronics or does the bottom of the cover have rot? What are you going to do with it all?
