Westinghouse WH-5T

Hello!
I am new to the group! Just finished my first WH-5T total restoration. It is very cool and we are going to love having it around the hangar. My question is how to adjust the differential temp. My machine has the M-Type thermostat. I is cutting out at 29f and cuts in at about 39f. I would like to get it to cut in at around 35. I have attached a couple of pics. Any ideas would be appreciated!
Thanks,
David
