Duncan Miller Parking Meter

I have a Duncan Miller Model 50 Parking meter that I can not find keys for, If I drill out the locks are there replacement locks  for it. If so where can I get them.  Also what kind of key does it take.     Thanks  Victor       PM me

You can find a lot on Ebay for both Duncan 50's and 60's most of the time.  Locks, keys, both.......the whole deal.

Take it to a locksmith and have him take a look. they have hundreds of try out keys for stuff like that, when they find one that works they copy it. You then have new key and the original lock for about $20. The 20 is for his time to find the right key. I'll bet it's a double sided Chicago CG1 other number is 1041G same key. Also it my have a key code on face of lock. Let us know how it works out and post a pick. I'd like to have one myself.

 I will try the lock smith but I do not think anybody does anything for 20.00 anymore. I will let you no.

Suspect you are correct. Last trip to the Locksmith was $50.
Chicago blanks are hard to find. Very kind of Steve to post up the CG1-1041G key.

Post a good pic of lock, it may be an Illinois lock? Hard to tell without seeing it. If you live in texas near DFW
I could pick it open for you.

I took it to a lock smith and he wanted 50.00 just to drill it out so I took it home and drilled it out myself , so I  will me looking for a replacement lock.  Thanks
