Moving this from Coin Mech. to Vending Mech.  When I plug in the free vend switch I press and release the switch, pull out beverage, and then press switch to reset gate.  Thats ok for the free vend switch, but I when I plug in the coin I only get one vend because the gate will not reset what needs oiled and where is it located?

Thanks Again, Wayland  ''

Hello

You need to look at the operation of the vending mechinism down on the bottom of the vending rack. Open & repmve the cover, then cycle the vending system a few times to get a feel for how it works. When the vending solenoid operates it pulls up hitting & moving the manual vend mechinism forward. When you pull a bottle this manual vend resets itself ready for the next coin. Fairly simple system that if you watch operate a few times you should be able to figure out or better discribe any further problems.

Yes, I've already pulled the vend solenoid cover at the botton of the vending rack and oiled all the mechanical parts -the solenoid.  I've already had problems with that.  I am wondering if their is more mechanical parts on the left hand side of the machine behind the cover on the vend slots that may need lubed.

Thanks for all help, Wayland ''

You may have to remove the vending gate assembly from the machine at this point & lube the captive links in the side channel, also double check the solenoid's "T" shaped core (armature) as sometimes is gets a white crud on it (corrosion) & it'll hang up inside the coil itself, preventing it from returning to the reset position.  '<img'>
