Advice needed for cutting license plates

What type of tool do you guys think will handle this best?  A scroll saw with a metal cutting blade was my guess.

A good set of tin snips.

A metal cutting bandsaw would be best IMO but a scroll saw could be used as long as nothing binds when cutting with it.

Band saw would be quick and make better cuts...

Maybe you don't need so many licenceplates for a UK map

Anyhow i would try to use a very fine-toth blade in the bandsaw for avoid ugly edge on the thin plates.
Don't forget to post pictures if you build that cool map and also remember that texas needs two plates (as shown on the picture)

I think they are just posing for their picture for the map of the united states that they use in schools (at least ours always had Alaska and Hawaii next to each other since it was a map to only show the states and they did not want to put canada or mexico on the map)
