Cavalier cs-96d

Can anyone give me any information on this machine? I can find no ref. to the 96d model only to the 96 (pre 1960 round top) this is a 1960 square top  any help would be great ie... manufacture date ect....

Your machine  would be a Cavalier  From 1960 to 1966
Steve Ebner at Fun tronic's  might be of more help
his number is in the vendor area.
