I have one...different model but just as old...what do you need to know?

the reproducers..."needle arm" as they call it, is around 125-150. rebuilt...you can ONLY play the THICK edison records on these...I got mine (Edison) for 50 bucks complete at an auction...needed nothing....with a TON of records.

You hit the nail on the head, 125-150 for the needle arm. Its also missing the crank handle so I think will pass. Still kind of cool.

ya it is....grille cloth not original and wood looks like it needs refinishing.
victrolas dont hold their value like they use to....nice cool factor but not in the 100s of dollars range.
LOVE to crank mine up and listen to the dixie medley!

I've got a 1927 Victrola that me and my wife enjoy almost every night. If you look you can find a solid complete one from the 20's in good shape for $200 - $300. Like soda machines alot will be $500+, but you should be able to find a nice affordable model with a bit of effort.

I have a 20's Victor upright, Philco 1942 AM/SW 78 and a no name wind up portable (20's). They are all great fun.
Still sorting through 200+ of my Grandparents 78's. Some of the comedy ones would not fly in today's PC correct World :-)
Same as everything else. Buy the best example you can afford. Holler if you have any questions.
