Serial no. 376270.  Hey guys, Can you guys tell me if the fan motor in front of the compressor runs continuously are does it cycle on/off?  Thanks, killer!

Welcome to the board.
The fan in the product compartment runs all the time. The compressors fan will kick on and off with the compressor.
